Right now I work one on one with patients daily and customer service is key. We are told in the customer service world that customers are always right. Do anything and everything in your power to make them happy. There has been many times I have wanted to hang up or scream at patients on the phone because they are acting outlandish. They get their point across and usually 99.9% of the time get what they want... At least in the Medical Group I work in.10-21-2014 12:12pm
