What Emotions Are (and Aren’t) - NYTimes.com

Hmmm, I don't know about this. It seems to me emotions are a nuanced package of perception (neurons in the brain), then a chemical reaction (body), which then leads to a physiological reaction (fight or flee). It's a package, a unit...not isolated events? Still thinking.....
