At 4:47 his trainer is able to explain that players take alot of pain on their bodies during the season so the importance of using sand will help them build strength back plus relax their body. 11-03-2013 1:13pm

I feel like this is so true especially with running. Africans are considered some of the best runners in the world because of where they live and how they train. They live at 5000 ft their entire life and have had a lot of struggles with transportation and our left with running. When they come down to America to compete, the environment is so perfect that they just oblierate our athletes. American Athletes solution to beating them are to train at high altitude and through new technology. 11-16-2013 12:12pm
