The low fat diet had a 0 percent success rate according to this video. A common myth addressed in this video is that egg yolks are bad for you. Even though egg yolks carry a lot of cholesterol, they are full of nutrients and antioxidants. Don't restrict several things out of your diet to try and lose weight, it won't work for long term. 10-09-2013 4:16pm

This video gave me a better insight to the choices I should and should not be making in my dietary restrictions. However, I know in some circumstances there... more »Nice video! Very informative in regard to the topics we discussed in class this past week. This video gave me a better insight to the choices I should and should not be making in my dietary restrictions. However, I know in some circumstances there is a definite need for restriction amongst foods in a diet. Such as, a food allergy, medical reason, cultural religion, and so forth. Yet, when foods are restricted in order to lose weight, I do agree that it won't work for the long term. 10-20-2013 4:16pm
