A recent story in the New York Times likely had a lot of people thinking they would never, ever reach their goal weight. The paperreported on a study that followed contestants from season eight of The Biggest Loser and found that, six years later, all but one had regained much of the weight they'd lost, and their resting metabolisms were even slower than after the 2009 finale.
