Pete Carroll's holistic approach towards football

Pete Carroll and sports psychologist Mike Gervais take a new approach towards football. "Happy players make for better players." We just discussed how a holistic approach wasn't sports psychologists favorite approach, but I believe that Pete Carroll and the Seahawks will change peoples' view. Having someone try to excel in all aspects of his or her life is much better than trying to focus on one area and letting other areas possibly hold an athlete back.
