Overtraining in sports

I thought this article was really informative due to the fact that it gave the symptoms of overtraining. The one thing that was tough for me however was being able to gauge these symptoms and do something about it when your on a team sport. It's hard especially because of the culture for your team, everyone gets tired but it is how each individual deals with it to which either has them as an outcast on the team because of how they complain or has them fall in line and have the team chemistry rise. The article also gives ways how to treat it, which is helpful and sufficient.
