Coaches or managers, have to spend valuable time, which could be used for team building or corporate productivity, to teach players or employees how to get along and work with each other. Having to spend this time to teach people over and over could lead to antagonistic relationships between the players and coaches or employees and managers, which is why cooperation is a necessity in any act involving more than a handful of people. 10-26-2014 9:21pm

Team chemistry is such an integral part of any sort of team or group activity. It is unfortunate that it cannot be quantified because it is widely overlooked. This article does a great job of highlighting the importance of cooperation and chemistry. 11-02-2014 1:13pm
