what is a diet?

I like this site because it breaks down a couple food groups for you and the pros and cons of those foods. Very helpful!

one thing I notice in this site is that it includes juices into the reccomended daily intake of fruit. But in "Fed Up" one doctor points out that once we take the juice out of the fruit there is no fiber left to consume which causes a jump in blood sugar and can cause weight gain. 10-17-2014 3:15pm
