Vitamin B12, are vegans getting it?

This article is specifically targeted for people who are vegans in order to make sure they are getting enough Vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is important for our bodies and though most people get enough in their diet if you are a vegan its more than likely that you need to get this vitamin in different ways as most Vitamin B12 is found in all animal products which vegans do not consume. Though I am not a vegan I found this article very important as I know people who are vegan or who are going vegetarian and its important to understand that if you choose not to eat something that is fine but its also important to make sure you take a B12 supplement in order to make sure you are still healthy.
