Spices on foods!

Spices (cinnamon, rosemary, oregano) give antioxidant effects to help reduce the digestion of a fatty meal. When a study was done where you add 2 table spoons of spice to a fatty meal, triglycerides were reduced by 30% and higher levels of antioxidants in their blood stream. Though adding spice to a cheeseburger won't work as well, but targeting a more healthier meal with spices like curry will help reduce the triglyceride (LDL) bad fats and add antioxidants.
