Research on supplements is always fascinating to me and I am a big fan of using products that are well researched and shown to be useful in enhancing health/performance. Generally the older generation is not looking to use "hardcore" gym supplements and instead they need to supplement some of the vitamins and minerals that they might not be getting in their diet. This is why multivitamins are very important for the aging population! 10-26-2014 7:19pm
