They provide phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and vitamins A, B12, and riboflavin.  The white mustached celebrities paid by the Dairy Council promote the wonders of milk in their “Got Milk” ads. Scientists are increasingly asking, “Got Proof?” Dairy and milk products do not promote healthy bones. In a large meta-analysis, milk did not reduce risk of fractures.
