Eat More, Weigh Less with the Volumetrics Diet

This article is relevant to our discussion on fad diets. The volumetrics diet is based on eating foods that have low calorie counts but make you feel full. Some of the foods recommended for this diet include water-rich foods such as broth-based soups, fruits and vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meat, and fish.


Simple enough diet.  High in veggies, low in carbs and meats.  Sounds like a Weight Watchers program to me. 02-24-2015 5:05am
