Milk=Strong bones?

This article includes a little more insight on a topic that I have been confused about for a while now. In this article it explains that milk is not the best source for Calcium even though the media advertises it that way. There are other ways to satisfy the amount of calcium your bones need, by eating leafy greens, or taking calcium supplements. This pertains to what we learned in class last Thursday because part of the video focused on the many different aspects of our bones.
