Bionic Hand Allows Feeling

New developments in bionic hands have allowed this Denmark man to touch items and actually make the connection with his brain to what the item is. I felt that this article pertained to what we have been learning in class this last week about prehension and the ability to grasp certain items, and how we perceive exactly how we should pick up an item. The fact that they are using technology and electrodes to fire with the electrical impulses in the brain is amazing. This is a great article, and a great advancement in the technology/medical world.
