Stretching is Harmful?

New studies using previous data show proof that stretching can actually make the muscles weaker during a workout. These studies show that using stretching as a warm-up tool is detrimental to performance. What's the best solution? Dynamic warm-ups actually work the muscles, rather than just stretch and loosen them.
