Nutrient Density with minimum bias

Mathieu Lalonde who received his PhD in organic chemistry from Harvard uses the USDA nutrient database to fairly compare the nutrient densities of foods. He does this because other systems of determining nutrient density are skewed. A very interesting presentation.
