They also give you appropriate ranges your heart rate should be for both males and females after performing this exercise. There is also other tests that can provide measures as to your muscular strength, flexibility, co-ordination etc. This week during lab we performed the step test and calculated the results of everyone heart rate. Everyone in my specific group was in the excellent category according to this websites heart rate ranges. I know that in the near future we will perform other test like the ones mentioned online. The website also mentioned just like we were taught in class that this is only an estimate and that a proper way to do this test is on a treadmill until exhaustion. This is important to what we are learning in class because in lab this week we are performing the step test to calculate our heart rate. This was important to add to my shelf because this allowed me to see what I will need to do in lab accurately. 02-09-2016 10:22pm
