The 10 Most important fitness goals

With so much hyper-specific advice out there on different styles of training and areas of fitness, it's easy to lose sight of the big picture. Everyone has different fitness goals, ranging from generally trying to stay active to viewing fitness as a lifestyle.

In this article from Men's fitness they talk about what they consider to be the most important fitness goals. The first goal is to be in it for the long run which I think is very important. Often times we American's believe that if you workout here and you work out there but have no consistency we will see the same improvement as we would if we exercised everyday for months. This article also talked about the importance of having a balance diet with exercise because you will be able to obtain your fitness goals better which is very true. This is important to what we are learning in class because we are identifying our own personal fitness goals in our lab this gave me an idea of a few fitness goals. 02-17-2016 10:22pm
