In class we talked about SMART goals as well as short and long term goals.  l like how they added this part to attainable because I think that this is very true. "You begin seeing previously overlooked opportunities to bring yourself closer to the achievement of your goals." I also enjoyed how the website gave us examples of each part because this allows me to refer back to an example for when I actually create my own. Both in class and on this website it talks about how you need to be very specific and measurable when decided your goals because it will be easier to obtain your goal if you are specific. The one thing not mentioned that we learned in class was that if you let other know about your goal, it makes the goals have values which often times will make you work harder and stick with your goal. If you do tell someone else they are also there to help support you and keep you accountable if needed.  | This is important to what we are learning in class because we are suppose to identify our SMART goals and this website gives examples and descriptions on how to properly do that. 04-03-2016 8:20pm
