Prioritizing Values

In life we need to determine our values and what is important to us in order to set goals to better ourselves. This week we discussed what we felt like was important as kinesiology majors regarding our values and our future careers. I think it is also important to look at our values in our everyday lives outside of work and school. This article gives a little insight into how we can decide what those values are and how we can implement this knowing into our everyday lives.

I think this article is very helpful for people who want to determine their values. It provides information that helps people really think about what their values are and how they rank. I like that instead of focusing on sports specifically you used an article to explain how this kind of thinking can effect our lives overall.
