A Life Course Approach to Healthy Aging, Frailty, and Capability

This article is more clarification of what we learned in class this week. It is very broad when it comes to the ages of development on the body which I liked because in class we only went over children at young age. I liked this article because it was very informative.

This article was a good and informative read. It describes some factors that affect how people age as well as what factors determine the rate/ deterioration speed of aging when it comes to life experiences, habits, and other things. Goes into detail about the aging process and stages. 03-05-2017 8:20pm
