Dynamic Stretching

A study published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research explains the logic behind the switch from static to dynamic stretching. This article shows how dynamic stretching is much better to become more flexible and are more energy efficient. They go to say dynamic stretching isn't all bad but static stretching causes an inhibition or breakdown of the excitability of the muscle tissue. Dynamic stretching is more efficient and in no way leaves lasting harm on your body.
