This article is a slide show of pictures showing a variety of exercises that could be done easily everyday to help strengthen the back. Back exercises are very important to do because without substantial back muscles, a person will not be able to support themselves correctly. This article is resource to help strengthen the body with simple steps one day at a time. I suffered from back issues for many years due to a misdiagnosed knee issue which caused myself to limp for a great amount of time, resulting in weakened muscles and a misaligned spine. This article includes many exercises that my physical therapist had me do to help return to a normal state and strengthen my muscles again. This is also a very good article that relates to the topic that we spoke about in class this week and provides learning opportunities of how to strengthen the back.
