Stress and Exercise

I found this article interesting and pertaining to what we learned throughout the course in relation to both exercise and stress. This article focuses on the benefits exercise can bring to the maintenance of stress, and provides the results of various statistics of other factors involved in the reduction of stress. Stress is an emotional state that affects not only our mind but our body, and depending on how it is coped with can bring either positive or negative effects. Monitoring and understanding how we each deal with and react to stressful situations is very important moving forward in life and with taking on new challenges.

I thought this article was very interesting because it shows how maintaining exercise can help your stress levels greatly, and obviously most other aspects of your life. It also showed different techniques and have different tips than I had heard of. 01-09-2017 11:11am
