HIIT Training Philosophy

Even though this is an add to purchase something, I feel that the subject matter and the way it is explained why HIIT training works so well for respiratory and strength training is relevant to helping people consider a new alternative to endless hours of cardio to try and get in shape. Average Americans do not always have hours a day to devote to a fitness program let alone time to run marathons on a treadmill.
