Nutrition and Stress

There is no evidence suggesting that our bodies use more nutrients when we are under mental stress. However, stress may cause us to neglect eating well, which may temporarily affect our nutritional status. Nutrition can play a large role in the way a person handles everyday stress. This is an important factor to keep in mind while exploring Chapter 10 of our current literature. It is relevant to the material presented that discusses techniques that aids a person to living life to the fullest potential.
