After discussing anxiety disorders in class and how you often tend to see women who feel the need to be perfect. I strongly relate to both things and I personally struggles with anxiety for a long time but have never been clinically diagnosed. Listening to you discuss in class how it is okay not to be perfect and that seeking help isn't a sign of weakness has helped me want to get better. This article sheds light on how anxiety and pressures go from generation to generation, particularly within women. I find it very interesting and comforting that other people understand what it is like and how to best cope with anxiety.
