The 6 Step Morning Routine of Ultra Successful People

Interesting because he suggest that their is going to be more of a movement to meditation/yoga. I think he might be right. The question is how long will this trend last, is just a fad like in the 60's/70's or is it here to last. Do popular videos like this create a taboo against/ or for serious research into the subject? Their is research being done at WSU on these effects, but are these researchers thought less of by their peers for researching in popular topics? I have seen some evidence that the answer might be yes. But of course I may be intrinsically interested in such things as intrinsic motivation so it may be a mute point.
