Very interesting. It's crazy to think how something as simple as meditation can rewire your neural-circuits, can sharpen the mind, help our memory, and reduce our stress! Meditation can also improve one' health! All it takes is 12-20min of meditation a day. Who knew? 11-11-2013 12:00am
