Very interesting. It's crazy to think how something as simple as meditation can rewire your neural-circuits, can sharpen the mind, help our memory, and reduce our stress! Meditation can also improve one' health! All it takes is 12-20min of meditation a day. Who knew?

When are minds are resting. Imagine what all of these digital devices are doing since now our brains have no downtime? | However, 12-20 minutes...that's a long time to quiet the mind. Doable, but takes a lot of practice!
