This article is really good cause In my experience this is an issue in young athletes they lack the confidence in themselves because we live in a world of being humble and as and athlete sometimes you cant be you have to believe in your self more... more »This article is really good cause In my experience this is an issue in young athletes they lack the confidence in themselves because we live in a world of being humble and as and athlete sometimes you cant be you have to believe in your self more than anyone else ever could.  Because there are so many highs and lows in sports it important to have a sense of confidence that cant be shaken when others lose confidence in you. 02-25-2018 6:18pm
