Dietary supplements are often used to enhance weight loss and increase physical performance.  Dietary supplements come in the form of shakes, meal replacement, pills, drinks, herbs, and more.  There has always been an argument... more »Dietary supplements are often used to enhance weight loss and increase physical performance.  Dietary supplements come in the form of shakes, meal replacement, pills, drinks, herbs, and more.  There has always been an argument on the pros and cons of the use of dietary supplements due to some supplements being healthy and some not being healthy. This topic relates to the course Current Topics in Exercise Science & Human Performance as it is a way  for athletes to alter their performance skills and/or weight. 02-25-2018 5:17pm
