Forces as Contact and Non Contact

Although this video presents in a rather elementary style, I found it to provide further contextual perspectives of many of the forces that were illustrated in our text this week. As a biomechanical analyst, it is imperative to critically appraise all of the imparting forces that act on the human body. In my opinion, if you can overlook the presentation style, you can see the applicability to this week's discussion information.
