This article is a good resource for those that may not understand the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercise.  I liked how the article provided examples of each type of exercise, such as using the elliptical for aerobic and... more »This article is a good resource for those that may not understand the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercise.  I liked how the article provided examples of each type of exercise, such as using the elliptical for aerobic and lifting weights for anaerobic.  The end of the article describes that certain activities, namely sports, can utilize both aerobic and anaerobic exercise.  Volleyball, for example, uses aerobic exercise for the majority of the time playing, but anaerobic exercise is experienced when doing things like spiking the ball, which requires a short burst of energy. 04-12-2019 1:13pm
