I started working at a wine bar last summer and I learned to really enjoy wine which contains Resveratrol. I've always been told that antioxidants are good for your health, and so I have taken the supplemental kind before. I guess it's because the lungs are where oxygen goes, and therefore where antioxidants go as well. 06-17-2015 10:22pm
