I grew up in a household where we ate almost no fat because of weight issues by some family members.  Rethinking the fat issue has been a challenge for me, but well worth the thought! 05-04-2014 9:09am

That was one of the most brilliant sentences on the subject had read to date. This was a great article. Even as a kid, I was born in '83, I found is totally ridiculous that eggs, something we as humans had eaten for millennia, were somehow bad for us and that corn oil, a new fangled, highly processed food stuff, was going to save us from poor health. What!? My family always ate butter. There was a short stint into the hydrogenated in world of "soft butter", we all hated it and switched back. 05-16-2014 10:10am

Very poor policy.  The history of how we got here is quite interesting and of course, makes me question the validity of almost everything.  Wait, I already did that! 05-16-2014 2:14pm
