Aerobic and Anaerobic exercise in children with Arthritis

There was a study done on children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis to see if there was a difference between the capacity of exercise they can do between aerobic and anaerobic exercise. They used a cardiopulmonary exercise test, and at the end of the study they found that both anaerobic and aerobic capacity was significantly decreased in those children with arthritis. This showed us that those with arthritis have an overall less active lifestyle.
